Today, by-and-large, good customer service is something customers can only dream about. One does not need to dream about customer service at Hartman Glass. From our visit to their showroom to installation, it seemed that Hartman was intent on serving the customer. When Tom said the quote would be sent by the end of the day, it arrived by the end of the day. When Javier said he would be at our home to take measurements, he arrived on time and that a estimate would be sent in a couple of hours--it arrived. Pat and Matt said when they would arrive to complete the install, they arrived on time. Upon completion of the installation, we were handed our invoice. There was no funny business--the invoice matched the estimate to which we had agreed. High quality product. On time. On budget. What else could a customer expect? Hartman clearly understands customer service. This is a great company to work with.

The technicians, Zavonte and Zeneroso, were extremely professional, courteous, and attentive. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was installed perfectly.
A special thank you to Charmaine, who helped us in the showroom. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and guided us through the entire process, from selection to installation, with great care.

Hartman installed one bathroom swinging shower door with a stationary panel and a second bathroom tub/shower bypass door. Tom patiently listened to all our questions and provided great looking options as well as suggestions to save costs. The installation for both bathrooms was totally professional! From initial measurements to final installation was less than one month in both cases. We are very happy with both jobs. We highly recommend Hartman and will use them again for additional jobs.
